  • Huawei has announced the Y9 (2018) mid-ranger in Thailand.
Huawei has announced a new midrange device in Thailand, the Huawei Y9(2018).  The phone has a 5.93 inch IPS LCD FHD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio. Its powered by the Kirin 659 processor paired with 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of internal storage.
The cameras on this device are same as we get in the Mate 10 lite- a 16+2MP dual rear camera setup on the rear side and a 13+2MP dual lens setup for taking selfies. The phone comes with Android Oreo out-of-the-box and has a 4000 mAh battery. Overall its a good phone in the mid-range segment and Huawei should think about launching this phone in India too.

  • Samsung Galaxy Note 9 may not have a under-display fingerprint scanner.
The Galaxy S9 and S9+ have been launched and hence the focus shifts to next flagship phone that will be the Galaxy Note 9. And a report says that the Galaxy Note 9 may not have a Under-display Fingerprint Reader.

So, we can expect somewhat the same design that we get with the S9 and S9+ and a traditional physical fingerprint reader. The Under-display fingerprint scanner is a futuristic technology but personally I like the Physical fingerprint scanner more because its faster and more accurate. Which one do you like More??
