  • Oppo has quietly unveiled Oppo A1 in China, will go on sale on 1st April.
Oppo has introduced a new entry level smartphone in China, the Oppo A1. The phone features a 5.7 inch S-IPS LCD, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB of internal storage and a 3,180 mAh battery.

The Cameras are quite average, it has a 13 MP camera at the back and a 8 MP fixed focus selfie shooter. The phones lacks a fingerprint scanner but makes up with Face recognition entry. The phone will go on sale on the 1st of April and will be available in three colour variants viz Cherry Red, Dark Blue and a also a White colour. The phone is priced at CYN 1,399 ( Rs 14,400). 
  • Vivo V9 launched today in India at a price of Rs 22,990.
Vivo launched its V9 today in India with a 6.3 inch FHD+ 19:9 screen and has a 90% Screen to body Ratio and we also have a Notch on the top of the display. On the back, we have a vertical dual rear camera setup which consists of a 16 MP main camera and a 5 MP secondary camera for depth sensing and it also has real bokeh mode and also has a mode called shot Refocus which helps you to edit your bokeh photos. The front camera is a 24 MP shooter with an aperture of f/2.0 and supports AI Stickers and AI Face Beauty.

The phone also has Face Access 2.0 which allows you to unlock your device with your face and this time you can also unlock your applications by using this method of unlocking. The Vivo V9 has the Funtouch OS 4.0 which is based on Android Oreo. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 626 SoC which is quite an old processor but a stable and power efficient processor too. It has 4GB of RAM and 64 GB and a 3260 mAh battery. 
Coming to the price, this phone is priced at Rs 22,990 and will be available in three colour variants : Pearl Black, Champagne Gold and Sapphire Blue.
Overall the phone has some decent specs to offer but the price is a little bit expensive as per the specs but you can go for the device if it fulfills your requirements.

  • Google Brings new features to Files Go App for Android.
Earlier last week, Google Maps which would allow people on wheelchairs to navigate through the city with ease. And this time, new features have been introduced to the newest Files Go. The Files Go App help users to free up space, find files quickly and also share them easily with nearby people.

Google has announced the coming new features to the Files Go Application. These are the new features coming in the Files Go application-
File Search - Google has finally used its efficient search algorithm to run searches on the Files Go whereby people will be able to search files with ease. Google has also confirmed that the feature will run offline and Users will now have a smooth and fast experience while searching for files on Android.
Duplicate Location - Files Go implements a very useful feature which deletes the duplicate files present on your phone but earlier the users were unable to get the location of the duplicate files but now Google has brought this feature to the Files Go App and users can check the location of the files just by clicking on the 'i' icon.
Removing Backed up Photos and Storage - Files Go application runs smoothly in sync with the popular Google photos application. The Files Go update will allow the app to send a notification  to the user telling that a set of photos has been uploaded to the photos app and can thus be deleted from the device.
