Samsung Galaxy A6 and A6+.... A New Competition in Mid-Range Price???

Samsung Galaxy A6 and A6+ launch with Infinity Display.......

Today Samsung has decided to unveil the Galaxy A6 and A6+.Both these Smartphones bring the company's signature bezel-starved Super AMOLED Infinity Display to a whole new price point, along with its 18.5:9 aspect ratio. Both The Smartphones come with Android Oreo out-of-the-box and are packed with some really good specifications. Lets Go have a look at the Specs of the devices...


The Galaxy A6 features a  5.6-inch display which has 720 x 1480 (HD+) resolution. The phone sports a 16 MP f/1.7 rear shooter and a 16 MP f/1.9 selfie camera with a LED flash. The handset is powered  by an octa-core 1.6 GHz processor and 3/4 GB of RAM with 32/64 GB storage depending on the model you buy. You can also expand the memory of the device up to 256 GB by using a MicroSD card. It has a 3000 mAh battery and its dimensions are 149.9 x 70.8 x 7.7 mm and the Smartphones comes with Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box as mentioned above. Galaxy A6 is Priced at EUR 309 ( Rs 24,750 approx.).


The Galaxy A6+ has a 6-inch screen with 1080 x 2220 (Full HD+) resolution, and a dual rear camera setup, with one 16 MP f/1.7 primary sensor and one 5 MP f/1.9 secondary lens. It sports a 24 MP f/1.9 camera on the front for taking some really good selfies and also comes with an LED flash. The A6+ is powered by a 1.8 GHz octa-core processor, and the RAM/Storage are as same as the Galaxy A6 version. This one has a bigger battery i.e. 3500 mAh and this one also comes with Android 8.0 Oreo out-of-the-box.The A6+ dual camera enables bokeh effects before or even after the shot is taken, with unique background blur patterns including a range of shapes such as hearts and stars. The Galaxy A6+ is priced at EUR 369 ( Rs 29,500 approx.).

Both the models support LTE Cat.6 with 2CA, Wi-fi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC, GPS, etc. The A6 and A6+ will be available in black, gold, blue and lavender color.Both the devices have Dolby Atmos optimized sound (on headphones only), Bixby Vision, Bixby Home, Bixby Reminder, and Samsung Pay Support.

Both the models will be released in early May in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Soon they will also arrive in South Korea, Africa and China. As of now, there's no official word regarding the launch of the phones in India
