This phone is powered by the Snapdragon 835 SoC, comes with a 6.01 inch AMOLED display and Motorola has partnered with Qualcomm to launch a 5G Moto Mod that will enable 5G connectivity in the Moto Z3. Now this is called something innovative; want to know more about the Moto Z3? No need to go anywhere else. Just continue reading because this is not the end of this blog....
  • Moto Z3 - Specifications :
The Moto Z3 comes with a 6.01 inch Full HD+ (1080 x 2160 pixels) resolution AMOLED display with an 18:9 aspect ratio and 2.5 D curved Corning Gorilla Glass protection. It comes with Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box and will offer near to Stock experience. It is powered by the Snapdragon 835 SoC which is not the latest but still a very powerful and very capable CPU. It comes with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of on-board storage.

Coming to the Optics department of the phone, it has a dual-rear camera setup which consists of a 12 MP primary sensor with an aperture of f/2.0 and a 12 MP secondary mono-chrome sensor and a dual LED Flash module. For selfies, the phone contains a 8 Mp shooter with f/2.0 aperture and a 84-degree Field-of-View. The phone also has a face unlocking feature which uses the front camera to unlock the device.

Now talking about some of the other features of the Smartphone, it comes with One Button navigation (same as the Moto Z3 Play) and the navigation is super smooth; it allows user to swipe left to go back, right to open recent apps menu and tap to head back to the home page. Additionally it has a water-repellent P2i coating that is claimed to protect the phone against spills and splashes. The phone does come with a Fingerprint sensor and it could be found on the right-side of the phone.

Under the hood, it has a 3,000 mAh battery which could be fast charged using the 15 W Turbo Charger present in the box. The connectivity options on the Moto Z3 include 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v5.0,  NFC, GPS/ A-GPS and a USB Type-C port. The sensors on-board include ambient light, gyroscope, accelerometer, compass and proximity sensor.

Now talking about the 5G mod, the 5G Moto Mod uses a Snapdragon X50 modem and " millimeter wave components " to offer 5G access on Verizon network. Motorola has not yet revealed the price of the 5G Moto Mod but it is confirmed that it will be exclusive to US in early 2019. Now, the price of the Moto Z3; it has been launched in US at a price tag of $480 ( Rs 33,000 approx ).

Now coming to the conclusion, it is a powerful Smartphone but if Motorola should have used the Snapdragon 845 instead of Snapdragon 835 then I would have no problem in recommending this Smartphone but still it is a decent smartphone and if you want, then you can go for it.
