Samsung Galaxy Note 9.... The Super Powerful Note??

Galaxy Note 9 launched with a 6.4 inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED display.... || Price and Specifications || 

Finally after so many leaks and rumors, Samsung launched the Galaxy Note 9 yesterday. It comes with a huge 6.4 inch Quad HD+ Super AMOLED display which is probably the best display on any Smartphone so far. Apart from the super bright and crisp display, it comes with the S-pen which is more useful this time, it has a programmable button which could be programmed to perform different tasks in different apps. Now lets talk about the Note 9 in detail. 

  • Galaxy Note 9 - Specifications : 
As I mentioned earlier, it features a 6.4 inch Quad HD+ (1440 x 2960 pixels) Super AMOLED Infinity display, which is the biggest display yet in the Galaxy Note series. Further, the India variant is powered by the Exynos 9810 SoC which is an octa-core processor with a clock speed of up to 2.9 GHz. It is a really powerful CPU and is paired with 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM. The 6 GB RAM variant comes with 128 GB of on-board storage and the 8 GB RAM variant comes with 512 GB of internal storage which is insane and the storage is even expandable via microSD card.

The Cameras on the Note 9 are also amazing, it features a dual rear camera setup which consists of a 12 MP primary wide angle camera that has a variable f/1.5 and f/2.4 aperture and a 12 MP secondary telephoto lens with an f/2.4 aperture. Both the sensors have OIS and features like 2x Optical Zoom and up to 10x digital zoom. Talking about the front camera, it has a 8 MP sensor which has an aperture of f/1.7 and there is a scene optimizer with 20 scene types. The phone comes with HDR and Live Focus modes and an AR emoji feature that we saw earlier on the Galaxy S9 and S9+.

Under the hood, it has a 4,000 mAh battery which is bigger in comparison to its predecessor which had a 3,500 mAh battery. The Note 9 supports fast charging and wireless fast charging too. The connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, dual band (2.4 GHz/5 GHz) WiFi 802.11 ac, a USB Type-C port, a 3.5 mm Audio jack, NFC, ANT+, GPS/A-GPS and Bluetooth v5.0. And the sensors on-board consist of an accelerometer, barometer, geomagnetic sensor, heart rate sensor, RGB light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, hall sensor, Iris scanner and a rear-mounted Fingerprint sensor.

Galaxy Note 9 comes with stereo speakers tuned by AKG and both the phone and the S Pen are IP68 rated. The S Pen is now Bluetooth enabled and comes with a inbuilt battery which charges very quickly, it charges in just 40 seconds and is ready to be used.

Now talking about the price of the Note 9, it is priced at Rs 67,900 for the 6 GB/128 GB variant and Rs 84,900 for the 8 GB/512 GB variant. It is expensive but it is worth the price and the phone is meant for professionals who want to increase there productivity using the S Pen which is more useful than ever before.
